Corn Maze 2008

Fall is my favorite time of the year. It's also one of our busiest times because we try to fit all the fall activities (bonfires, hayrides, corn mazes, fall festivals) into one month, therefore our weekends have been stacked full. We went to a corn maze near our home a couple of Sundays ago with Beef's parent's church. The weather was just right. I remember 2 years ago when we went to a similar corn maze, but the temperature was freezing and almost too cold for the kid's to enjoy. But, this year was so pleasant that as you can see Beef was wearing shorts!

Can you believe Halloween is this week? Scamp has chosen her costume already and has worn it twice, once to a birthday party and once to our church's fall festival. Maybe if I don't tell you what the costume is it will give me more incentive to post again very soon.

BTW, I'm 17 weeks along and am feeling much better. We will find out the sex of the baby in two weeks. Maybe I'll post some belly pictures with the results of the doctor's visit, too.

Glad you put a little bit about the baby belly in there! Wondering how you were feeling! I love Fall for a lot of the same reasons and the month of October has been packed full also!

I was just about to ask how you were feeling, and if you were up to fall festivals, corn mazes and trick or treating - I'm glad you're feeling better and doing well. Sounds and looks like you guys are having a great fall! Be sure to post the costume picture for us to see :)

Yep, I want belly pics! Can't wait!

The maze looks like such fun. The weather has been perfect for that kind of thing lately. Wonderful pictures of all of you!

Glad to hear you're feeling better!

Even after the corn maze, though? We went through a corn maze for the first time two weeks ago, and it was enough to make me, uh, sick. My daughter and I went together and went in so many circles I wanted to quit.
Yep - we were the last ones in our group to make it through. When we finally emerged, there they all sat - eating donuts and drinking cider. "Oh, there you are!" they laughed. Not sure I'm doing that again. Or, if I do - I want a map before I start! *pouty face*

Looking forward to the pics. *grin*

That looks like such fun! I've been wanting to do a corn maze for several years now but haven't yet, just the pumpkin patch this year.
Glad you're feeling better! I know you must be excited to find out what you're having!
