Last week, Scamp and I had another blog friend visit adventure. I found Tamara's site, Changing More than Diapers a couple of weeks ago, and it turns out we live in the same city. She and her four kids (yes, four -- all adorable) met Scamp and I at a local bookstore for some romping ruckus back in the kids section. I think Scamp was the wildest of all though. At first, Scamp was so intimated by the other children, but then she cozied right up to one of the youngest and stated "Hold yer hand." You have to be pretty special for Scamp to utter that request. She was so taken with Tamara's crew that by the end of our visit I know she would have went right home with them. It was so nice to meet all of you!
Then, this morning I found out a friend from Sunday School has a blog, too. Check out the Hazlett's and their adorable first born and baby #2 on the way.
It has been such a blessing to meet new friends so close to home. Who would have thought I would be saying "I met this person on the web." Still sounds strange, huh?

I have only met one blogging friend so far but have a few IRL friends who blog too. I love blogging and almost feel like I know my bloggy friends more than my IRL friends :o)...
That sounds like a fun blogger meet up, how sweet that Scamp was so comfortable with the other kids.

I think it's so cool that you're finding new friends and getting to meet fellow bloggers! I have yet to meet someone in real life that I have gotten to "know" online. I'd love to one day though :)
